How to clean gold fill jewelry? Wipe clean. Never use soap or water. Avoid things like lotion and chlorine, it may tarnish or strip your pieces. Always remove before activities like swimming or working out.

Do you offer refunds? No, I’m a small business and every piece is made to order. If you receive a damaged piece and reach out to me within 7 days of purchase, a replacement will be sent.

Do you ship internationally? No, not currently.

What is your jewelry made out of? Gold Fill, Gold Plated Brass, Gold Vermeil

Production Times? I’m a one Woman show, so if I have the item ready and in stock, you can expect it to be shipped out within 48 hours. If the piece is made to order, I’ll reach out via email to let you know to expect 5-10 business days for it to be made and shipped.

Shipping Times? Your order will be sent via FedEx Express and you will receive a tracking number as soon as the order has shipped.

How-To Measure Your Neck & Wrist

Of course, it will always be best if you have a current piece you wear to take off and measure.

Wrist: If you don’t own a bracelet for reference, don’t fret, take a thin piece of paper and put it around your wrist to  where you would like your bracelet to be.

Neck: Necklaces are tricky, they come in all sorts of lengths and then fall to a certain area on a woman’s chest. The most popular lengths for true chokers are between 14-15 inches. I am partial to a 16″ choker which is just a tad loser so it’s near your collarbone. Other popular lengths are 18 and 20 inches. See chart below:
